Proposed development

NNCC and its component facilities are presented as development concepts unless expressly identified otherwise. References to planned uses, capacity, services, operators, amenities, views and delivery programmes are subject to design development, approvals, technical assessment, commercial agreements and implementation. A groundbreaking or project announcement does not mean that a facility is complete, commissioned or available for immediate occupation.

Images and architecture

Architectural perspectives illustrate the proposed development. Photographic-style interiors and lifestyle scenes include AI-generated illustrative imagery. They are not photographs of completed NNCC facilities. Furnishings, planting, equipment, surroundings, outlooks and spatial arrangements may differ from the eventual development. Detailed plans and specifications will be provided through the appropriate project process.

Data centres and sovereign AI

References to NNDC-I and NNDC-II describe separate proposed facilities, each with a planned 20MW capacity. Final capacity definitions, utility connection, cooling, connectivity, certification, service levels, energisation and commissioning must be confirmed in project documentation. “Sovereign AI” describes the intended data-residency and control approach; it does not imply a government guarantee, exclusive national mandate, verified public-sector offtake or unconditional certification.
