NNCC and Croske outline hotel and residence collaboration

Neu Nexus Century City Sdn Bhd and Croske Hotels Management Services Sdn Bhd outlined a proposed collaboration for the hotel and luxury residence component of NNCC, in conjunction with the groundbreaking announcement on 29 June 2026.

The Heads of Agreement sets out a framework for the proposed acquisition, development and hospitality commercialisation of this component. NNCC remains the master developer of the wider project.

Business stays with a leisure dimension

The concept brings together a proposed business-leisure hotel, luxury residences, dining, meeting and event facilities, wellness connections and resort-inspired amenities. It is intended to serve corporate visitors and technology businesses during the working week, alongside families, leisure travellers and wellness guests.

The hospitality vision includes elevated outdoor spaces and pool facilities, complementing NNCC’s wider mix of offices, exhibition spaces and digital infrastructure.

A pathway towards hospitality operations

Croske is intended to lead the hospitality concept and commercialisation strategy, including evaluation of the operating model and a suitable international brand pathway. Any brand, management appointment, residence programme or guest privileges will be confirmed through the relevant definitive agreements.

The proposed transaction remains subject to definitive agreements, due diligence, regulatory compliance, board approval where applicable and final documentation.
