Neu Nexus Century City Sdn Bhd outlined a fund-raising mandate with Neucu Capital Partners (Malaysia), known as NCAP, as part of the strategic arrangements announced in conjunction with the NNCC groundbreaking on 29 June 2026.
The memorandum of understanding establishes a framework for NCAP to originate, coordinate and facilitate engagement with suitable capital providers for the NNCC Century City Power Superblock.
Infrastructure serving an integrated destination
The Power Superblock’s infrastructure vision connects the energy and utility requirements of NNCC’s proposed digital infrastructure, hospitality, corporate, wellness and commercial components. Areas under consideration include power resilience, green energy integration, energy storage and intelligent energy management.
The mandate is intended to support the development of a capital strategy aligned with project phasing and the long-term operating requirements of the masterplan.
From mandate to definitive commitments
A fund-raising mandate is an arrangement to facilitate capital formation. It does not establish that funds have been secured, committed or disbursed. The amount and structure of any eventual funding remain subject to investor assessment, due diligence, applicable approvals, regulatory requirements and definitive transaction documents.
Further announcements will distinguish proposed arrangements from legally committed funding and completed project milestones as these are confirmed.
This announcement provides corporate information and is not a public offer of securities or an invitation to subscribe to an investment product.
